Sorozatomban olyan tárgyakat mutatok be, melyek szerepe az emberiség fejlődésével nagyban átalakult, új formát öltött.
A felsorakoztatott tárgyak egy adott korban fontos szerepet töltöttek be, de mára már diszfunkcionálissá váltak szinte annyira, hogy némelyüket fel sem ismerjük talán. Az anyagszerűségük, formájuk visszautal a funkcióra, legtöbbjüket egyszerű mechanikus szerkezet vagy maga az emberi kéz hozta létre.
Egyedi képeim rákérdeznek arra, hogy hol húzódik az a határ, amikor már nem tudjuk felidézni bizonyos tárgyak funkcióját, mert annyira kiestek a mindennapi és a speciális felhasználásból is. Vajon hova vezet ez a folyamat? Hogyan hat az emberi gondolkodásra az egyre nagyobb ütemű fejlődés? Vajon a technikai újítások által az emberiség valóban fejlődik-e?

My series presents objects whose function has greatly changed or transformed, thanks to the development of mankind. There was a time when each of the objects shown had an important purpose, which it has lost—they
are so out of use that some we may not even recognize. The material and form of each refer to its function; most of these objects were produced with some simple machine or by hand.
My original pictures explore the point beyond which we cannot recall the function of an object that has fallen out of use—both daily and professional use. Where does this process lead? How does ever-faster development affect human thinking? Is humanity really evolving through technical innovations?
In addition to posing the problem, the series also serves commemoration, playing with the difficult-to-decode mystical meaning of monoliths by employing monumentality, a characteristic feature of monuments.
