SMAKI

Smaki is a new sushi take away restaurant in Trondheim, Norway.
We made a new identity design, menu, website, delivery service and communication based on the target group businessmen.

IDENTITY

The green color stands for freshness and the strength of wasabi, and the red/orange stands for the salmon which is essential in the menu.

By choosing brighter pastel colors we differentiate from the competitors who use the typical black and red color for their identity. The dot in the logo stands for a piece of maki with chopsticks above.

The new identity symbolize freshness, simplicity and playfulness.

WEBSITE

The web site is built around Smaki`s vision of self service sushi. You can compose your own makirolls or order from the set menu. You pay on the site and choose when and how you want it delievered.

DIRECT MARKETING

We wanted to inform everyone in Trondheim city that Smaki delievers sushi on your door. Using the traditional hotel sign used on doorknobs, we wanted to communicate Smaki as a personal delievery service of sushi.
DELIVERY SERVICE

Trondheim is a compact city, with small distances from the center to different parts of the town. But if you travel by car, it takes a while to get around because of the dense traffic and closed roads. With a bicycle Smaki can deliever faster in the city, and easily deliever on the door of any enterprise or household within 10-15 minutes.
