Requirements: Design a Professional Development Survey for employees to rate their peers in a work setting.

Research: First I took a look at other surveys in the wild that, keeping an eye out for what design patterns and interactions worked smoothly and intuitively, and which came up short. I found examples of surveys that worked seamlessly across both desktop and mobile. 

Wireframes: I came up with several options to bring to my team. My primary goals were user clarity and accuracy. I also had to make sure the structure was flexible enough to accommodate longer copy used for psychographics. I also came up with several patterns for the progress bar and details.

UI Design: My teammate brought the designs to life with impeccable final UI using our product Design System patterns.
