The concept behind this piece is that everything in life is circular, even the things holy or ideal to us. In the end, we end up where we started no matter what, even at ascension. Heaven is blinding.

Black and White, then Black and white + Inversion

PROCESS

We began with this isometric piece of vector illustration that I was creating for my own use. 

Experimentation lead me to the right-most frame with the black fill and white stroke. 

We then took the vector piece into Photoshop, created a layout, and took turns adding and adjusting.
