Higala Pop Art Fest is a week-long event by SM Downtown Premier, a shopping and lifestyle mall located at Cagayan de Oro City, during the Higalaay Festival 2019. SM CDO Downtown Premier is the province’s largest premier shopping and lifestyle destination.The objective of the event is to gather locals and tourists to celebrate Kagay-anon pride of place and culture through art and music.
