This Book is an “unofficial” (independent / anecdotal) extension overview on the sentiment(s) surrounding current research of Dietary AGEs. This Book together with the parent manuscript (Nutritional-Humility.me) both aim to raise lateral dialogues on alternative concepts of Nutritional Science across overlapping themes and concerns of Sociology, Economics and Philosophy.

A prominent obstacle behind any realm of problem solving is that of finding "clarity" amidst overlapping "subjectivity". One logistic to this is for scientist(s) or anyone critically capable for autonomous thinking ~ to remain lateral and consider all "sides" or "directions" of insights.
Thus, the illustrative mechanic concepts here are introduced as overlapping elements through the fading of typographic character(s). Each blending with another from various directions to represent these thematic "overlapping" traits as explorative and/or scientific ~ enquiring.
