Black Cats: known shape shifters and general inky blobs. I created this image for Black Cat Appreciation Day, and black cat enthusiasts across social media found it relatable.

My social media posts encouraged conversation and community on this piece by asking a question directly to the viewers. I received a high engagement rate across platforms, as well as many comments and photos about black cats and their owners from all across the world!

PROCESS

I created this image in vector graphics with Adobe Draw and Illustrator. I first sketched out my plans, then I built them in Adobe Draw with iPad Pro and Apple Pen. I then Exported the file from Draw onto my desktop, and refined and finished the piece in Adobe Illustrator.
