HMIS falls under the National Health Mission(NHM).
Findings
Our findings during the visit to a PHC(Primary Health Centre) where we learned about the whole system.
For this project we visited a PHC for observation and to understand the functioning of the PHC. The team split into groups where one group(Nishtha, Prakhar) interacted with the staff at the PHC while the other group (Royal, Akshat) observed the functioning of the PHC.

Data Management findings and solution were done by Nishtha and Prakhar.
The Usability testing of the portal was carried out by me, evaluation was done on the basis of Nielsen's 10 usability heuristics.

The screens were designed by Royal, after taking into consideration all the data we had gathered during the course of this project.
