Problem
Customer feedback identified several user pain points that became our key areas of focus:
1) Users find it hard to navigate
2) User need to downloaded content faster
3) Users need a way to quickly get access to all books
4) Speed up the user flow
5) user want to preview before downloading and paying "feature not shown"
6) User don't want to input credit card information every-time they download a new book
7) User want to add books to wishlist
8) User will like to get notifications of new books added to the library

Solution
Based on these known pain points, we focused our efforts within the design and development of Booklabs:
1) Simplifying user on-boarding gives the user options to add payment early or add payment later.
2) Helping users navigate the app with on-boarding help, making navigation more simple
3) Created an inbox in the user profile to store messages and also added a notification icon so the user can get information about new books, "feature not show"
4) Added a preview audiobook icon so the user can preview audiobook before downloading "feature not shown"
