KFC South Africa had seen a decline in sales, seen as part of a deeper, cultural shift in the South African market – from utilitarian diners to a group looking for brands that inspire them. The KFC brand needed a new direction that would turn this “old comfort brand” into one that would be distinctive and relevant for a new generation of modern trendsetters... and this is the manifesto that drove it all.
