For this first one, I took part of photoshop assignment a step further. My neighbor's have this miniature alien scene in their front yard. I live on a street full of old, beautiful houses with lots of fancy porch swings and wisteria, so this set up is pretty out of place. I kind of love it and also find it pretty obnoxious at the same time, so this is my movie poster for…. MY NEIGHBOR'S ALIENS. I've included the original photo, too! 

Next up is an initial design for an app idea. The photo is a free download from Matthew Henry from Magdeline.co. I read that color blind view finders have started to get popular, especially in areas where fall foliage is really spectacular and I was thinking that it could be really great if view finders were more interactive in general. This app would tell views about the landscape or history of the location, point out relevant landmarks, and also contain a digital guest book so that anyone visiting the same view finder could leave a message for future travelers.
