Spontaneous, free and creative sounds from within... the Heart speaks through the many instruments and voices we have in and out of ourselfs. Nonjudgmental emotional explorations through the many vibrational dimensions. Music is the universal language to which we can all relate too. Neelakant is my solo project devoted to exploring music in its more spontaneous way. Mwana Wa Mulungu is a sound experience, a voyage into an alternative dimension, outer realities, dreamlike scapes. A Musical Tale for children of all ages. A tribe deep in the middle of what we call the Africa Continent, is illustrated through the music of Neelakant.
A tale of a tribe that lives in total harmony with itself, its emotions, its Reality, the Nature and the Universe. The Tale of a young girl set out to go through her rite of passage into becoming the Shaman/Leader of her tribe.
Mwana Wa Mulungu is an immersive soundtrack, a sound paint of a dream, a parallel reality to the one we live in.
The name, from the old traditional Bantu culture, Mulungu, the Great Spirit, Mwana Wa Mulungu meaning Sons of the Great Spirit.
