Creative Brief:
Come up with a Magazine Brand for Sacramento to entice people to move to the city.
Kinesis Magazine is a mock magazine for Sacramento. The target demographic is adults in their early to mid twenties who live in the Greater Sacramento area. The main goal of Kinesis is to grab the attention of this energetic group to move into the city limits and partake in the growing art scene of Sacramento.
Implied in the name, Kinesis invokes movement and growth.

Aesthetically, I approached the magazine with an emphasis on artistry and organic forms. The artwork featured in the magazine blends into the page and surrounding text, resembling the impact of art within the city.
