The approach on label design took into consideration the aesthetics of the bottle and colour of the wine to create a series of irregular shaped labels using mostly hot-stamping and die-cut elements.
The chosen shape was further developed by applying various angles, corner radiuses, a primary and a secondary typography.
Being often used as a Canadian souvenir, the national character was introduced subtilely, in an upscale fashion, with the maple leaf diecut in the contour of the label.
Front and back labels may be printed on clear, self-adhesive substrate, using rotogravure technology.
