Australian member-owned bank Regional Australia Bank needed a series of articles to support customers through key decision-making processes, as well as showcase some of their products and services.
I generated a collection of features that were uploaded to their website which identified and explained key 'pain-points' and helped to support the bank's ethos as a personable, solutions-focused institution.
