‘What goes up also comes down’ in tints of neon, is a critique on the rapid urbanization in Mumbai. It comments on the socio economic paradoxes that have risen out of the 1991 economic reforms, and acts as a starting point to initiate discussions on the growing divide between the rich and the poor.
