2011-2012 Strategic Plan Update created for the public and City Council of Victoria Texas. All Images were taken by me, excluding page 11. Microsoft Publisher was the only programed used for this project. At the time, the library did not have access to programs outside of the Microsoft Suite. The data was given to me by the Library Director and Communications Manager, and interpreted into graphs. The words were written by the Library Director, Communications Manager, and myself. I followed strict guidelines handed down from the Library Director and City Mayor.
