Birds in flight. Enthralling, beautiful and clever. Watching birds in flight or just in the air, you are struck by their freedom, purpose and spirit. Seriously, think about it for a moment. Each bird shown is not touching the ground. Taking photos of birds in flight is difficult. These images are not perfect by any means but they are authentic and hopefully display movement and flight. They are all taken in the "wild" with original backgrounds and limited processing. Most are in Australia and New Zealand and one from Kenya for good measure.
