These are pieces I worked on to experiment with using flat, solid colour and geometric forms to create descriptive images. I chose to design imagined 'citadels' that have fantastical arrangements and distinct colour palettes. I wanted them to have clear identities and to suggest a hidden narrative, as if they were illustrations from a storybook. 

I would normally work in pencil and/or pens first but these were made from start to finish in Adobe Illustrator.
