To harness the power of Microsoft and the Providence Cancer Institute, I developed 50+ MS Teams, 200+ channels, and built over 50 SharePoint sites to transform the care experience, improve health care delivery and outcomes.
Cross-Channel Communications

- Partnered cross-functionally with surgical services, operations, Xealth, Twistle, and providers (affiliate and employed) to build and execute cross-channel communications. 
- Developed content using health-literacy principles and incorporated feedback from the Patient and Family Advisory Council to improve surgical outcomes, patient communication, and experience. 
- Preparing for surgery communications are available to our patients by email (Xealth integrates digital prescribing and analytics that enables physicians and care teams to order digital content via EHR), by phone (Twistle automatically delivers Enhanced Recovery protocol via SMS), in print (patient education booklet), and online.
- Key Performance Indicators: 61 patients engaged; reduction in same day cancellation, ED bounce backs, and re-admissions.

Content creation applying health-literacy principles and designed for readability. Collaborated with graphic designer to develop branded print materials and distributed direct mailers/postcards to over 8,000 physicians in the Oregon region.

Developed and maintain the Providence Cancer Institute annual editorial calendar. Campaign design and execution management.

Leveraged data to build a personalized physician experience. Created and implemented strategies to continually drive clinic and programmatic growth. Redesigned the physician website and developed new marketing tools (print collateral, training videos, digital content). Developed and implemented PCI concierge service in collaboration with PSJH Patient Engagement Center (PEC).

To improve brand awareness and recognition, I designed the following email signature samples. Presented the options to leadership and developed a communication plan to distribute the consistent organizational email signatures to over 1,000 Providence Cancer Institute and Earle A. Chiles Research Institute employees.
