Next to The Chapel, San Francisco’s independent music venue in the Mission District, Curio demanded a careful reimagination. Bootjack worked closely with interior designer Michael Brennan to tie in the occult and black magic of the late 19th century with accurate, borrowed ephemera. For example, a custom cocktail menu inspired by the Curio (a cabinet of curiosities) features mythical creatures from around the world.
