A2 Mediation is a consulting company with the years of multinational corporate experience, where problems are solved with the best expertise. Their strengths include fast problem solving, flexible thinking, synthesis, good networking with partners of diverse habits, and initiation of win-win positions. They have been working together with most of their clients for 10-15 years now.
The A2 appellation refers to the first initials of the founders forenames, Agnes and Agota. Their collaborative work, which began in 2001, was intertwined by the birth and upbringing of the children of their own. As firm managers and mothers, they have been living side by side and supporting each other for the last 17 years. They started in a prestigious, multinational environment, continued their careers in a rigorous international milieu with the adherence of regulated procedures. Accepting the professionalism of multinational companies, they slowly established the leadership of their own company by consummating their personalities much better.
Our objective was to formulate and design a visual identity that could expediently articulate and communicate the above mentioned characteristics and values of the company. In the centre of the branding we placed the nearly 20 years of professional and personal relationship of the founders, around which we built a stable and confident, yet a sophisticated and feminine visual appearance.
