I’ve been an admirer of the Saks 5th Ave rebrand by Micheal Bierut since its launch in 2007. The cropped script letters and refined typographic forms result in a unique yet classic branding system. The iconic design inspired me to develop an alphabet where each script letter form is manipulated into a distinct design composition with a dimensional effect.
