Seize the Day
The Leadership Summit is a day and half program to create a platform for the incoming national President to share his/her agenda and priorities with the state and local leadership of the REALTOR ® organization and enroll their support. A secondary purpose is to stimulate thinking by providinginformation and speakers to motivate the CEOs and their elected leadership to set and achieve higher goals.

2,000 people in the audience, CEOs and Presidents from REALTOR associations across the country
The second day of the event, musicians led people up to the ballroom from breakfast, the musicians met on stage for a song as the opening of the last day
