Quercus is a learning management system adopted by the University of Toronto as its new, revamped teaching and learning environment. 

My team performed a user-centered analysis of the Quercus system through a variety of methods, identified the main human factors problem areas and finally developed a redesign of the most problematic aspects of the interface using tools such as Photoshop and Axure with the goal of enhancing the user experience and satisfaction.
