WIREFRAME - This illustrates an early wireframe of an Account Summary page for an Online Pension Resumption System that Accenture was contracted to redesign. The system was a "web-client" overlaying the state's mainfraime-based pension resumption system. As the User Experience Manager on the project I developed the Information Architecture, Navigation Model and Wireframes. Additionally I conducted full scale Usability Testing using a prototype installed on a portable lab.
HTML PROTOTYPE - My team built an HTML prototype in order to demonstrate the proposed new information hierachy, interaction patterns and basic look & feel. We were then able to use it to conduct usability testing and gain buy-in from business stakeholders.
USABILITY TESTING REPORT - Through the two rounds of Usabliity Testing we conducted, we were able to validate many of the interaction patterns, design approaches and the information hierarchy. We also uncovered several areas of improvement. The business stakeholders found the report - which included snippets of video recordings of the sessions - to be invaluable to the success of the project.
