The following full-page color ads were developed in 2019 for use in the Call Center Times newsletter and for various tradeshow and event publications including programs, welcome bag inserts and post-show distributions by Customer Contact Week Las Vegas, ICMI Contact Center Expo, CCW Executive Exchange, etc.

I provided copy writing for these pieces and collaborated with Pipkins UI/UX Architect Gary Currant on the concepts and graphic design of the three ads. I found the stock photos and icons used in these projects on Envato Market. Screen captures were from actual Pipkins' software.
