My time at SUNY Potsdam ended with a wonderful internship working alongside the many offices in the center to create a unified rebrand of the center's social media platforms. I inherited a mess of content across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and I worked my magic in creating a brand that was recognizable and friendly. The focus turned from the general services offered to the people offering and receiving the services.

In my five months there, interactions measurably increased and students knew more about what was offered by the LoCAL than they did at the start of the semester.
