Recollaid is a medication for seniors in the early stages of dementia. It will get handed to patients in a “memory kit,” helping them record their memories. Each kit includes a journal with prompts to help them remember small (but still important) details about both their own life and their family’s, simple coloring pages to help with coordination and focus, and word searches to help the brain retain information. Once the medication is removed from the packaging, the box can be folded into a frame to display their favorite photo.
