Vaccine Controversy Infographics

In recent years, vaccinations have become a very controversial topic in the United States. What used to be an understood form of protection against potentially fatal diseases is now often a scary thought. Expectant mothers have to decide whether or not to vaccinate their children against diseases such as measles and mumps. (Note: A current outbreak at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa., has affected 93 people – learn more here.) There is so much research to back up the effectiveness of vaccines and it’s been proven that they are a safe and important part of protection from these diseases.

This project serves to provide new and expectant mothers with statistics and information to encourage them to make the right decision. These infographics are intended to be installed in OBGYN offices on exam tables, ceilings, walls, and floors. The stickers and buttons will help the campaign reach others outside of the doctors’ offices, along with the brochure that will be handed to patients by the doctors. This brochure includes FAQs and recommended vaccination schedules for children.
