A major utility partnered with SPR to design and develop a field app for employees and the public to report utility issues in the community. SPR helped streamline the workflow to automatically tag the location of the issue, and allow the user to easily add photos, comments, and assign an issue type. The simple progressive process allowed users to create and submit these reports quickly. The lists were configured to alert users of dangerous situations, and provided instructions and the ability to call a representative for more information and guidance.
