The concept for this release revolves around the textural nature of DYL's music and the ever changing shift in balance between the natural and the synthetic in contemporary electronic music.
A few words about the album taken from Paradise Lost:
Following up on strong releases for Skutta, RE:ST, Nord Label and others, including his work on the recent Gates of Charon soundtrack project on Paradise Lost, DYL releases a definitive concept album, Sonder. This album is an open-ended story which is edgy, dystopic and often disharmonic while progressing sonically throughout. Describing it with words is really a pointless exercise, as this journey will mean something completely different to each and every listener. Interpret it for yourself. We simply recommend finding the time to immerse yourself. This LP is an amazing experience you won’t regret.
