N O O N E I N T H E CITY
I Worked on this photography series before the corona virus hits our country Morocco, and I named it "NO ONE IN THE CITY".
Two years ago, I had a vision of a life with empty streets, fresh air, and the sounds of nature, which I decided to capture through my photography. I took pictures early in the morning, when the city was cold, silent, and devoid of human activity. Recently, our entire country has mobilized to ensure our safety, and it is crucial that every part of Morocco reflects the vision I had envisioned - with only essential grocery stores remaining open. While the government has imposed strict security measures, it is also our responsibility as citizens to act responsibly and limit the spread of the virus. We must stay optimistic and work together to end this unprecedented health crisis that is affecting the whole world.
