SIBIU YOUNG FESTIVAL was born in 2015 out of the need to offer dedicated events to all categories of public that GONG Theatre addresses to: children and young people, as every age has its needs, different problems and delights. The idea of the project came as a relevant call to action of this commitment, as well as a need to develop the artistic program of the institution.

SIBIU YOUNG FESTIVAL aims to sustain the concept of democracy and active citizenship as a catalyst for urban revival through an artistic vision which promotes the city as a vibrant space for cultural diversity through the developing process of a new audience.
