Confluence landing page projects

Confluence project - I was asked to help research, re-define the Information architecture and navigation of 2 confluence landing pages to help teams view and easily navigate through the space quickly without having to search through information quickly and with ease.
The Salesforce design system confluence page was created to help various squads have a single source of truth where information could be quickly accessed and there was no second guessing on components, styling, CSS codes etc. The goal was to create a landing page style space which acted more than just a wiki which users could easily relate to and have ease of navigation. Co-design workshops were created with key stakeholders from various squads which identified what were a common and most wanted level of access were. This is shown below breaking down 3 main categories and having links straight to the source. The results were a success and every new project that was being developed within a Salesforce was improved and it cut down a lot of initial set up as the space had pre-populated CSS with the correct guides and component set ups for teams to use with ease.
Other example for a wider and larger piece of work which was created through rounds and rounds of stakeholder engagement, showcases and customer testing to create a organisation wide source of truth. This was a tier 1 project which continuously ran over 2 years. Working with UX Designers, Project managers, Agile coaches, Project managers to create an area where teams across different tribes or squads could find information on specific best practices within the company. We achieved a great outcome at this was utilised across the organisation.
