CHVRCHES is a synth-pop band from Glasgow, Scotland. I wanted to pay tribute to one of my favorite bands by creating a magazine spread about this eclectic trio of musicians.
Research
CHVRCHES incorporates dreamy images in their artwork and music videos, and primarily uses the colors pink, blue, and purple. Shown to the left is the album artwork for Every Open Eye, their second album, and images I believed conveyed their aesthetic.
