While serving as Senior Project Administrator for Walt Disney Imagineering, Mr. Fisher and lead designer, Jim Bockstall, partnered to lead the team responsible for the creation of environmental graphics for Disney/MGM Studios Muppet Vision 3D. This major expansion of the park included a restaurant, retail spaces, other food service facilities and a themed New York street environment as well as the featured attraction - a 3D film. The unique collaboration with Jim Henson productions led to an extensive use of the characters and vocabulary of the Muppets.

The Muppet balloon is a complex structure consisting of fiberglass segments over a skeleton frame. The balloon is engineered to withstand the potentially severe weather of central Florida.
