Culture Gentrification: Light and Shadow

A culture that makes life worthwhile and beautiful.
Is culture beautiful inside?
(Urban regeneration through culture vs. the shadow of 'Gentrification')

Modern cities are increasingly focused on urban renewal for environmental improvement. In particular, there is a high interest in regional regeneration through culture. It introduced cultural projects to revive the traditional market, and sought to improve the environment by launching large-scale mural projects in underdeveloped areas. Afterwards, the underdeveloped areas will be revived, but at the same time, the floating population and commercial market will quickly settle down and turn into a tourist destination.
As a result, local land prices and rentals will be gentrificated and land prices will rise significantly, forcing the indigenous people and artists who rebuilt them.

Despite the loss of cultural characteristics, a paradoxical atmosphere that seems splendid due to
the busy streets is geared toward the overall tone of the video.
I contrasted the artist's imperfect and grim reality with light and shadow concepts.
This video was made for them.
