The Drop embodies a solid form of dynamic liquid. It's shape shows how to store the cutlery, but not how to use it. The function is hidden at first, until you take it apart and start using it. For this cutlery the challenge was not to reinvent the function, but to make a prestigious object to show off in the kitchen.
