Rika Barbecue was inspired by the South African culture and background. South Africans are carnivores and love to barbecue. Using an African theme and some of the more culturally popular sauces and spices, the labels are made from grass weaved together to make a more "village look." The beading on each of the packages represents what kind of meat each product could be used on. The more red/orange beads represent beef, and pork or lamb, and the yellow/green beads represent poultry and fish dishes.
