The Global Service Jam is a non-profit volunteer activity organized by an informal network of service design afficinados, who all share a common passion for growing the field of service design and customer experience. The Jam has a staff of none and a budget of nearly nothing.
The Gugaon Service Jam is a part of the Global Service Jam network. I participated in the March '13 edition, the theme for which was 'GROW ^' Out team was convinced that it is high time we did something to conserve the environment, hence the thought of 'Grow your own Energy"
The basic concept is to build physical powerhouses(gymnasia, public pathways, etc) with energy conversion devices so that they generate electric power through motion.
The team took help of various models introduced in the Jam like a Business Model Canvas, User Personas and User Journey Interface to refine and present our concept to the audience.
