Bernie is a small sculpture of a horse made from trash and found objects. Before beginning the project, I did research into the anatomy and motions of the horse. From there, I constructed a skeleton which mimics that of a genuine horse. Bernie is made from wood, wire, glue, erasers, paintbrush handles, bottles, cardboard, string, plastic bags, stockings and scarves.
