I tried to express the meaning of the Chinese characters by animations. For example, the character Ai (Cancer) in animated form represents the cancer cells’ invasion in the human body with a linear process from healthy to death. With the sound effect referring to morbid change, the mood of the animation becomes viewable.
Basing on the design concept and process of the animated character Ai (Cancer), the whole series follows a design principle—a combination of motion, quietness, and spirit that multidimensionally communicates the meanings of Chinese Characters and their own charm.
“动态字体实验”整体在汉字自身含义的基础上用动画的形式表达；
比如拿 “癌”举例，动画展示了癌细胞以点破面慢慢侵蚀“健康”直至“死亡”的线性过程，配以病变的音效，让“情绪”更加可视化。
整套作品以此作为每个动画作品的创作基础，
