Our design, installation and time-management expertise proved invaluable for Highcastle Estates, who called in MPL Interiors after starting its own refurbishment project and realising it needed professional assistance.

Create a clean, open feeling with a high level of customization based on Highcastle Estates’ corporate shade of grey, which gave this estate agency office a completely bespoke look.

Highcastle Estates had managed to complete the first fix stage of this shop fit out but realized the time-consuming refurbishment process was taking them too far away from their day-to-day agency roles. Therefore, MPL Interiors was handed a blank canvass for its designers to specify, customise and populate.

The fixtures and fittings we installed were almost entirely designed from scratch or customized. Setting the tone is a bespoke reception desk, with our designers creating and building a split-level item with internal storage. The main part of the desk is coated in a colour-matched textured grey laminate, which has also been used on the wall panels behind the desk.
