小菊 Daisy

A 19-year-old Chinese girl, when I met her, was at the best age of her life, like a daisy.
On that day she stood beside the lotus pond and didn't know how beautiful she was.
Lotus, the pure meaning in traditional painting, the beauty of the girl is the hot smile in the summer of June.

一个十九岁的中国姑娘，我认识她的时候正值她这一生最美好的年纪，如同一朵雏菊。

那一天她站在荷花池子的旁边，并不知道自己是多么的美。

荷，在传统绘画中寓意纯洁，少女的美好正是那六月的夏日里炎热的微笑。

A Mother 一位母亲

这是一位六十岁左右的中国女性，生活在经济不发达的乡村，岁月在她的脸上留下痕迹。

她独自抚养了四个孩子。她的儿子是我的同班同学，邀请我去乡村做客，让我有幸创作了这幅作品。

玉米，不只是她抚养几个孩子长大的食物，更是希望。在一个承受巨大生活压力的单身母亲的眼里，没有泪水却包含亮光。

This is a 60s Chinese woman who lives in an economically underdeveloped village and life hardship leaves marks on her face.

She raised four children alone. Her son is my classmate who invited me to the village to be a guest, so I was fortunate enough to create this piece.

Corn, not only food for she to raising her children, but also hope. In the eyes of a single mother who is under tremendous pressure from life, there is no tears but light.

On the year of 2018， I sketch a wild monkey at Lingshan national reserve park. That is the spontaneously inspriation from we met.

I have a little sketch book, which is made by chinese traditional grass paper. and I can draw on those pages like visual diary. That was my June of 2018.
