Another year, another valentine. The theme this year was "fill your life with warmth, energy, & all the love", because we all need that these days. I can't remember if I came up with the theme first or the design, but regardless, I decided to paint some flowers and layer in some metallic touches. I had these gorgeous gold framed envelopes that I had found the year before, so obviously wanted to use them. By combining hand painted elements with digital art, I was able to create a vibrant, fun design. Below is the process I took to get to the end result. Cards were printed by moo.com, which I then cut to a specific size.
