Set as a precursor for the final project of the Fall 2016 semester, as a group, I, Daniela Cintrón and Julia Lee selected to continue researching Japanese culture from the previous project, a residence for a Japanese Chef and his family occupying the same building's top 3 floors (Mine being ホーム ["home"]). This project allowed us a more in-depth investigation into Japanese culture, and a specific facet of that culture; cuisine.
