I was commissioned to design an emblem that could be used across the posters for four different Ikuyo Nakamichi piano concerts. I went with a classical feel, as the first concert focused on Chopin.
I decided to include the pencil art and my sketching process to showcase how designs formulate in my mind, and because I think the pencil work could be an icon in its own right.
