OBJECTIVE
The client needed to create awareness around a new employee educational program at an enterprise level. The client proposed an online quiz within the companies intranet based on the Igloo platform. The purpose of the quiz was to create curiosity and a sense of achievement for an employee completing the educational program. Completion of the quiz provided statistics to the Learning Solutions team with a percentage of responding employees that identify as a fixed or growth mindset allowing Learning Solutions to tailor future learning programs.

SOLUTION
We developed business goals and user goals based on our audience and our client's needs. The business goals were to build company-wide awareness for the educational program, drive participation in the educational program, gather data from quiz that will drive future learning programs, email open rate of >50%, Click through rate >50% and Quiz completion >50%.  The User goals were discover my change mindset, get excited about the educational program and explore the educational program.

We presented the client with a User Flow that showed entry point from an Eloqua - driven eCard blast and prominent placement on the company intranet site. We then moved to the wireframe stage that demonstrated functionality. We adopted a modular/sequential approach to the quiz. This direction helped us focus the users attention on one task at a time and, as well, this direction allowed us to optimize the design for multiple platforms and sizes. Best UX practices were incorporated into the visual design to drive interest and interaction.
