TYPOGRAPHIC POSTER.
EXPRESSION OF ROBERT BRINGHURST QUOTE
For this project the goal was to express the quote about Typography by Robert Bringhurst. Robert Bringhurst emphasizes the tasks of the typographers and compares Typography to a musical performance. I decided to combine the typefaces, Univers and Georgia, and by using minimal amount of graphical elements I tried to create different variations of the poster,. My initial inspiration came from the musical scores, and I really wanted to capture the rhythmic flow and the dynamics of music.

TEAM KIM.
For this project the goal was to create a booklet for our favorite sports team.
Team Kim is a South Korean women curling team that was formed in 2006. They played in the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics and earned silver, which was the first Olympic medal for south Korea in curling. This Korean women curling team consists of 5 players and they came to be known as “Team Kim,” because they share the same last name, 'Kim'. The colors of the book are inspired from the curling ice rink, and to capture the active energy of this game I used sans serif fonts.
MOTION GRAPHICS.
MOVIE SEQUENCE FOR BOOK
The objectives of this project was to create a motion sequence for a book that has never been made into movies before. Les Papillon des Etoiles is a science fiction novel that was written by the famous French author Bernard Werber. The book is about group of people who are disgusted with their lives on earth and decide to start a new civilization in space. I tried to capture the overall dark mood of the book and just like how the author constantly foreshadows a bad ending for the main characters I tried to reiterate this suspense that builds up while reading the book.
